And indeed, someone had covered fourth-grader Tucker Steckman’s face with the word “CENSORED.” But they needn’t have bothered: Pat Versluis was also at the Chicago, Ill., ballpark that day. “I saw him, and I was kind of ducking down,” said the 43-year-old principal. “I didn’t want him to see me either.” The two ended up taking a picture together. “He’s a great kid,” said Versluis. “He was student leader of the year.
