Freak of Nomenclature, Seattle Division

A Washington State Patrol trooper stopped a car on the freeway south of Seattle after seeing the driver speeding at 82 mph, and making dangerous lane changes, including in and out of the carpool lane. As he spoke to the unnamed driver he realized the passenger in the car was a plastic skeleton dressed in a hoodie. “The driver did not have any comment for the trooper concerning his passenger,” said State Patrol spokeswoman Julie Startup, and accepted a citation for speed, unsafe lane change, and carpool lane violations.
