Fresh Frozen

The Space World theme park in Kitakyushu, Japan, opened its “world first” special winter attraction, which they called “Freezing Point” — an ice rink with 5,000 fish frozen into the ice, as if they had been caught unprepared for winter. They posted photos of the attraction on Facebook with captions, such as “I am d... d... drowning, s... s... suffocating.” Japanese citizens were aghast: “You have no soul to plan such an event,” said one comment on announcement. “We had endless opinions about the project,” admitted park manager Toshimi Takeda. “We were shocked.” The fish were purchased at a local market, already dead, but they quickly closed the attraction to thaw out the ice, remove the fish, perform an “appropriate religious service” for the fish — and then grind them up to be used for fertilizer. (RC/CNN) ...There are o... o... obliviots everywhere.
