The Seminole, Fla., division of defense contractor Raytheon called police to report “credible threats of workplace violence” by a recently dismissed employee. Dorian Golej, 31, allegedly sent emails to his attorney between 2:00 and 3:00 a.m. saying he had “no choice but to contemplate killing,” and “I probably would have slaughtered everything one day, I think about it every day.” The attorney reported the threats to Raytheon’s security, which initiated a lockdown until police had Golej in custody. He was upset with his attorney for snitching: “I feel like killing him,” he allegedly told deputies. In court, Golej was also upset at the charges, telling the judge, “That is totally not the f--king case, Your Honor.” The judge replied, “don’t talk about the facts of the case” — and ordered him held on $500,000 bail. And why was Golej fired in the first place? Raytheon said he created a “hostile work environment.” (RC/Bay News 9) ...And I’ll shoot anyone who makes such an accusation again.
