Secaucus (N.J.) High School relies heavily on the Internet. So when its WiFi went down, “we had no activity whatsoever to do in class,” a student said. Even exams could be canceled. That, authorities said, was why two students repeatedly took down the WiFi: to get themselves and at least one friend out of exams. The students now face charges of criminal computer activity.
