Police in Fort Pierce, Fla., were doing an undercover sting operation, trying to get prostitutes off the street. When a cop parked his car on the street, a woman got into his car and introduced herself as the “Million Dollar Ho” — though her price wasn’t exactly that high: “$40 and I’ll give you everything you want,” she told him. “You’re the first one today.” Then, the officer says, she provided a free sample, exposing herself to him. Debra Thomes, 49, was arrested. This is at least Thomes’s seventh prostitution-related arrest, police said. When she was arrested four months ago, they note, her quoted fee was $20.
