Knows the Way

A driver in Oceanside, Calif., refused to pull over to be cited for a minor traffic violation. The chase was handed off to San Diego County sheriff’s deputies when the driver left the city, and “meandered” around the city of Vista for about 20 minutes until the driver pulled into a parking lot of the jail. That’s where the unnamed 35-year-old man stopped, hopped the fence, and ran into the jail’s booking area — where he was booked on “several counts” of resisting and obstructing police.
