Leave a Note

Randolph Smith’s wife discovered her husband had left a note on the kitchen table of their Indian River County, Fla., home. “This is a explosive,” the note said in red ink. “It’s a bomb. Boom.” Next to it, Smith, 51, had allegedly left what appeared to be a bomb. The police cordoned off the area and the bomb squad checked out the device, which turned out to be a high tension fuse jack, not a bomb. Smith, who is in the middle of divorcing his wife, was located, arrested, and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, planting a hoax bomb, and resisting arrest without violence. (MS/WPTV West Palm Beach) ...This is a cell. It’s a jail. Clang.
