After being arrested just before midnight walking through the Walmart in Tega Cay, S.C., wearing nothing but a pair of shoes, Kevin Hughes, 36, said he was embarrassed, but had an explanation. “I’ve had a problem with drugs in the past. I still like to do Ecstasy once in a while,” he said. “I accidentally got methamphetamine instead and it really made me crazy.” He was charged with disorderly conduct, and bailed out of jail the next day.
