Multigenerational
Police in Louisville, Ky., are asking for the public to help identify a man seen lurking inside a TJ Maxx store. Customers reported to the manager that the man was walking around with “his stuff” (as the police put it) hanging out of his shorts. When the manager spoke to the man, he “acted surprised,” apologized, and zipped up. End of story? Well, minutes later, the manager got more reports of the same thing, including from a young girl. The man, who appears to be in his 60s, noticed multiple customers were recording his actions and calling the police. He fled before they could arrive, but officers had their choice of photos to publish in hopes someone recognizes him and, if so, “please drop a dime,” they said on Facebook. (RC/WLKY Louisville) ...Multiple phone videos: 21st century. “Drop a dime”: 20th century.
Story Update: The man was identified as Todd Rayhill, 54, who turned himself in. He pleaded not guilty and was released on $1,000 bond and a court date was set. When he appeared in court he changed his plea to guilty to first-degree indecent exposure, and (perhaps in exchange) two counts of second-degree indecent exposure were dropped. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail, all suspended if he remains out of trouble for two years.
