Not Quite Over the Line
Two neighbors in St. Johns County, Fla., got into a dispute over property lines. When Scott Lynch, 53, confronted his neighbor, Howell Morris, 72, Morris jumped onto his tractor and chased Lynch down his own driveway — while Lynch’s wife recorded the scene on video with her cell phone. Lynch had to “run for his life” while Morris yelled “Run, fat ass!” behind him. Once sheriff’s deputies saw the video, they arrested Morris on a felony charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill.
