Diego Berrio, 39, and Edwin Giraldo Cortes, 30, Roman Catholic priests from Chicago, Ill., were arrested in Miami Beach, Fla. The men were parked in a car on the street in town during the afternoon, and Fr. Cortes was performing oral sex on Fr. Berrio “in full view of the public passing by,” the arresting officer said in his report. They were charged with lewd and lascivious behavior, and Berrio also was charged with indecent exposure.
