Recidivist
Louis Andrew Haines, 36, was in court in Tavares, Fla., to answer charges that he ran from officers who stopped him for a minor traffic violation. Officers had to use a Taser to get Haines into custody. In court, the judge ordered Haines’ bail revoked and that he be taken into custody. Upon hearing that, Haines ran. Pursuing officers caught him at an employee exit, and had to carry him back to court because he refused to walk. Haines has again been charged with resisting arrest.
