Responsible Driver

Robert L. Brock, 20, was out driving at 6:00 a.m. when he decided he was too drunk to drive. So naturally he drove himself to the Miamisburg, Ohio, police department to turn himself in. “He told me that he was drunk and that he wished to be arrested,” Officer Steven Gau said. The officer complied, noting Brock’s blood alcohol level was four times the legal limit of 0.08 percent. Brock “stated that he was concerned that if he continued to drive he was going to get into an accident and kill himself or somebody else,” Gau said, and “told me that he had been looking for a police officer for over two hours.” (RC/WHIO Dayton) ...And unlike any 14-year-old, he didn’t have a phone?
