A 21-year-old was posting to Snapchat while driving on the Interstate near Fergus Falls. Also in that area, a 25-year-old was simultaneously driving and shopping on Amazon. And a third was driving while watching television on his phone. What show was he desperate to catch up with? Law and Order.
