That’s No Gear Shift

A man called police after he saw Kurt Jenkins, 56, driving through his Boynton Beach, Fla., neighborhood. According to the caller, Jenkins motioned toward his lap as an apparent invitation to the man. The man opened the passenger door and saw that Jenkins was wearing nothing — except some electrical wires attached to his genitals. The man declined Jenkins’ offer to get in the car, but did snap a cell-phone photo he later showed to police. Jenkins allegedly continued his slow drive through the neighborhood past some children getting off a school bus. Police responded and pulled Jenkins over. When he got out of the car he had put on red shorts, but nothing else. He was charged with lewd behavior in front of children, indecent exposure, and resisting an officer without violence. (MS/Palm Beach Post) ...He found the list of charges shocking.
