A couple in Cape Coral, Fla., called the police when a man and woman rang their doorbell in the middle of the night. “They hid behind the post so they couldn’t see him out the peephole,” neighbor Melissa Jones said. “She texted me at 2:30 while it was happening, saying, ‘Is your husband banging on my door or ringing my doorbell?’” Police caught up with Linda Elkins and Bosha Dawes, both 26. Elkins, dressed in pink see-through lingerie, allegedly told officers she was an escort and Dawes was her driver, who waits outside “for protection.” The pair had apparently gone to the wrong house.
