A woman whose date had been arrested complained that “her prom was ruined,” according to police. Lorenzo Bracey, 20, had been arrested at a Chicago, Ill., McDonald’s at 7:00 on a Friday evening. At 9:00 that morning, police alleged, Bracey, wielding a gun, had taken cash and a car at gunpoint. The day after his arrest, Bracey’s bail was set at $150,000.
