Orlando Williams of Norwich, England, is upset that neighbors have accused him of running a Japanese restaurant out of his private home for several months. “I was a bit peeved off because it is a nice residential area around here,” grumped one neighbor. The local Council sent officers to take a look. While lots of homes have a bar, how about dining room seating for 24? “The owner said these were set up in case the application to turn the home into a bed and breakfast was successful,” said Case Officer Charlotte Hounsell. OK, then how about the giant illuminated sign above the front door, the Facebook page advertising the joint, or the ad on Trip Advisor? Williams still denied the accusation.
