Police in King’s Lynn, Norfolk, England, pulled over a car — it was missing various parts, including a quarter panel, bumper, and headlights, and one of the tires was flat. The officer found there were parts missing on the inside, too — including the driver’s seat and the steering wheel. The driver was sitting on a bucket, and “steering with a pair of mole grips,” — locking pliers — police say. The driver was cited with “too many offences to mention,” the agency said on Twitter.
