Coffee County, Ga., officials say Michael Mancil and James Dryden Jr. believed in a conspiracy theory: that the High Frequency Active Auroral Research Facility in Gakona, Alaska, is involved in mind-control and “soul-trapping.” Investigators say the two men were amassing weapons to attack the University of Alaska Fairbanks facility.
