Allan George Matthews, 57, has pleaded guilty in Port Macquarie (NSW, Australia) Local Court to performing “unauthorized” surgery on another man in a motel room: he admitted removing the man’s left testicle, but pleaded not guilty to reckless grievous bodily harm. His 52-year-old patient had advertised online seeking help with “a medical issue,” police say.
