Workin’ It

Lamarcus Dontay Brown, 31, already has 14 felony convictions. Despite his latest, for drug offenses, Brown was eligible for the work-release program in Escambia County, Fla. The sheriff’s office received a tip about what Brown was doing while he was out, and after a month-long investigation they raided a house to find, they say, Brown selling cocaine. In a warrant search, they found 64 grams of cocaine, $2,200 in cash, and drug paraphernalia. Brown is charged with drug trafficking and is being held on $101,000 bail. (RC/Pensacola News Journal) ...What did they expect? That’s clearly his job.
