Yabba Dabba Who?

In an apparent gag, a Pasco County, Fla., sheriff’s deputy pulled over a car in the Wesley Chapel area for speeding. The driver, dressed as cartoon character Fred Flintstone, was driving a Smart Car made up to look like Flintstone’s cartoon car. The department posted photos of the encounter on Facebook, saying that the driver was cited and the car was “seized” by the deputy to be part of the sheriff’s fleet. “This is what intelligence led policing looked like in the Stone Age,” it posted. The post also praised the driver, whose real name is Don Swartz, as being a “great sport.” (RC/WPTV West Palm Beach) ...Mr. Slate fired Flintstone yet again, but of course gave him his job back by the end of the episode.
