You’re Not the One

A man ended his engagement because of what his fiancee did at her bachelorette party. After she replaced him, she told her new boyfriend what she had done. He’s now her ex too — and the man told her employer. According to investigators what she did was use cocaine at a party with colleagues; an attendee had brought the coke in a rubber duck. Their employer: the state attorney’s office in Orange-Osceola, Fla. (The boyfriend-turned-informant was a sheriff’s deputy specializing in drug enforcement.) State attorney Aramis Ayala fired her and four others, but said there wasn’t enough evidence to charge them. (AC/South Florida Sun-Sentinel) ...So you fired her for something you can’t prove she did?
