A Mighty Thirst

“He’s dangerous any way you look at it,” said a bystander in Newtown Township, Pa. “If he’s willing to do something like that, to back up into a store and rob it, well what’s next? Running somebody over to get away from it?” The store’s security cameras tell the story: a man backed his SUV through the front doors just after 4:00 a.m. He then got out, grabbed two cans of “Bud Ice” worth $1.25 each, and fled. The damage to the building is estimated at $15,000. The culprit is still at large. (RC/WCAU Philadelphia) ...That may be the first time that “No officer, I only had two beers” was actually true.
