“Hey, babydoll, are you working?” a man called out to a woman on a street corner in Daytona Beach, Fla. The woman, Christina Ferrara, 21, got into his car, then asked if the man was a cop — and allegedly demanded he touch her breasts to prove he wasn’t. Unfortunately for her, he was. The good news is, he couldn’t charge her with soliciting for prostitution; the bad news is, because of her alleged request to touch her on a public roadway in view of other people, he arrested her on charges of offering or agreeing to a lewd or indecent act.
