Bad Customer Service

An unidentified 55-year-old man went to a cell phone store in Madison Heights, Mich., to buy more minutes for his phone. The customer asked the store owner, Nashwan Samona, 35, how to get the phone’s battery cover off. Samona, he said, replied that “he was a grown man and that was the most ridiculous thing he had ever heard.” The customer called Samona rude, which led to an argument. Samona ordered the man out of the store, but the customer refused, demanding he call the police instead. “The victim states that the owner then pulled a gun out from under his shirt,” a police spokesman says, “cocked the gun and pointed it at him.” The customer decided it was smart to leave — and went straight to the police. Samona was arrested and charged with assault with a deadly weapon, and held on $5,000 bond. (RC/Mount Clemens Daily Tribune) ...No Brains — No Service (No Exceptions).
