Bet the Stains Are Gone

A man got some tar on his clothes, so to clean them he soaked them in gasoline. Then he took them to the Day and Night Laundromat in Logan, Utah, put them in a washer, and — boom! The sound was “like a bomb,” said Sergio Gonzalez, another customer. Pieces of washing machines went flying. The explosion started fires and broke windows, but the building seemed to remain structurally sound. Fire Marshal Craig Humphreys chose not to identify the man with the tarred clothes.
