Beyond Drunk

Stacy Scuderi, 36, was not able to get out on bail after a DUI arrest, even though her husband is a “prominent” attorney. Ms. Scuderi was arrested after allegedly leading Collier County (Fla.) Sheriff’s deputies on a chase at 110 mph on her way home from a 1:00 a.m. trip to Walmart. She refused a Breathalyzer test, and was booked for driving under the influence, speeding, driving with no headlights, and leaving the scene of a crash. It’s not her first trouble with the law: she has a restraining order against her after allegedly attacking a neighbor, along with battery, trespassing, and theft allegations. A judge revoked bond for her previous cases, and she is waiting in jail for her next court appearance. “She definitely needs help,” offered one neighbor. “I think she’s a bad person too, but she definitely needs help.” (RC/WFTX Cape Coral) ...Hopefully her husband knows a bad attorney who is willing to take her case.
