Lolita Grayson has fake breasts and, the man she’s suing for divorce says, a fake marriage. An alleged leak in the former has delayed a trial on the latter, though an attorney for her putative husband, Rep. Alan Grayson (D-Fla.) sounds like he suspects the medical emergency is fake too. “Of course, if she has a true medical complication, we want her to take care of it,” Mark NeJame said, but the timing — after her implants had been in for decades — is “ironic.” The congressman maintains that Lolita already had a husband when she married him. Meanwhile, a lawyer for the alleged bigamist wants to drop her too, citing legal infidelity. “It’s clear the wife has retained and/or paid other counsel to represent her in this case,” said Mercedes Wechsler. Other issues in the case include “the wife” accusing Alan Grayson of domestic violence (video shows her pushing him), and her claiming that her house was leaking and he wasn’t paying to fix it (he said he was spending $10,000 a month on her, including child support).
