Catch Me Once, Shame on Me

Police allege Dustin Felton, 20, was trespassing in a Wilmington, N.C., public housing complex when they told him to leave. Felton allegedly squealed his tires as he sped off, so he was arrested on charges of second-degree trespassing, and careless and reckless driving. He was released around midnight. A couple of hours later, police were called to a scene where a stolen SUV had hit a pole and the thief had fled, leaving behind his jail papers and a footprint matching one at the earlier scene. From the papers, police were able to identify Felton, and arrested him for the second time that night. Felton declined a request for a jail interview. (MS/WWAY Wilmington) ...That’s OK, just catch him when he gets out.
