Chorizo Soul

Yum Brands is depending on its Taco Bell chain to make up for slowdowns in its Pizza Hut and KFC brands. They have announced a new kind of restaurant as Taco Bell’s 7,000th location, to be based in Sin City itself: Las Vegas, Nev. The new location features all-night hours, with a “freeze wall” offering drinks mixed with gin, vodka, rum, tequila and whiskey. “It’s the brand on steroids,” gushes Taco Bell’s chief marketing officer, Marisa Thalberg. The new concept is specifically designed to look good in social media posts — “We live in an Instagram world,” Thalberg said. Bloomberg says the new “Cantina” concept helps to “showcase the brand, which attracts young men and night owls.” (RC/Bloomberg) ...Young men, alcoholics — whats the difference?
