Customer Service

A bank teller in Tucson, Ariz., was handed a note announcing a robbery. The teller, who was standing behind bulletproof glass, responded by “yelling out” that she was being robbed. The robber was spooked: he ran without getting any loot. (RC/Arizona Republic) ...The teller: safe behind bulletproof glass. Other customers waiting in line: not so much.
