Drunk Dialing

Mary Jaggers did not want anyone in the bar she was patronizing to drive drunk. At least, that’s the reason she gave to Broward, Fla., Circuit Court Judge John Hurley for calling 911 from Artie’s Bar — six times. Jaggers allegedly made all the calls to complain about intoxicated people in the bar, and at one point allegedly asked police to arrest everyone there. She was charged with misusing the emergency system, and drug possession, and ordered to stay away from the bar and not consume alcohol. “I have a feeling that the mixture between Artie’s Bar and the [drugs] probably led to count two, the calling of the 911,” said Hurley. (MS/WPLG Miami) ...She used her one call from jail to complain about all the convicts that were there with her.
