Gonna Find Out Who’s Notty
When NPR reporter Sarah McCammon’s 6-year-old son brought his homework home, his mom shared it on Twitter. The Columbus, Ohio, class was asked to write a letter to Santa Claus, and he obliged, even adding festive drawings of wreaths — and skulls. “I’m only doing this for the class,” he wrote. “I know your notty list is empty. And your good list is emty. and your life is emty. You don’t know the troubles Ive had in my life. Good bye. love — I’m not telling you my name”. McCammon’s photo of the letter went viral. She also followed it up with a tweet explaining the “troubles” in the boy’s life: his brother. (MS/WSYX Columbus) ...His stocking may be “emty”.Original Publication Date: 17 December 2017
