Hanging Out

A witness called police after seeing a truck making a left turn in Stafford County, Va. The caller said he saw a woman hanging out of the passenger side door, restrained by a seat belt but hitting the ground with her head and shoulders. According to a sheriff’s spokesman, Jack Dunstan Jr., 51, drove the truck about 100 feet before pulling into a parking lot, where a deputy caught Dunstan and saw the 22-year-old woman still hanging from the vehicle, unconscious and with numerous injuries. Dunstan allegedly told the officer that he was in the truck with two women, and one woman had opened the passenger door and then closed it. He allegedly was unaware of his passenger hanging from the truck or anything else unusual. Dunstan allegedly refused a sobriety test, but the deputy could smell alcohol on his breath. Dunstan was charged with driving while intoxicated (second offense), and refusing to take a breath or blood test. The woman was taken to the hospital. (MS/Freelance Star) ...So, the other woman wasn’t wearing her seat belt?
