The morning rush-hour commute slowed to a crawl in Rochester, N.Y., when a truck carrying cabbage overturned along Interstate 490. All lanes were closed for the cleanup, which took about six hours. (RC/Rochester Democrat and Chronicle) ...Mark my words: heads are gonna roll.
