Hikers discovered the partially decapitated body of Daniel Ricketts, 50, in the woods on his property in upstate New York. With Ricketts’ body, police found his ATV, four large marijuana plants, and a nearly invisible wire that was the cause of Ricketts’ death. The plants were Ricketts’ too: the wire had been set up along with other booby traps to protect his crop.
