Most Likely Probably

“I got stabbed with scissors,” says Earl Wynn, “most likely probably accidentally.” His girlfriend Josephine Smith did it, he admits, but the St. Petersburg, Fla., man refused to press charges. “I love her,” Wynn says. “She’s a sweet girl. She’s actually the sweetest person I’ve ever met.” Police still arrested Smith, however, for aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, in part because she has a history of violence. Four years ago, she went up to a stranger and “told the elderly man she was a vampire then started to bite him, ripping pieces of his face off with her teeth,” according to a report on that incident. The “face-eating” case was national news, and Smith spent six months in jail for it. Wynn’s ex-wife says Smith previously threatened to do the same thing to Wynn. “He has bite marks on top of older bite marks,” said Mary Ann Wynn. (RC/Palm Beach Post, WEAR Pensacola) ...So what does it say that he still prefers Smith to you?
