Neat Trick

Richard Bolton, 30, of Queens, N.Y., called 911 at around 3:00 a.m. to say he was upset about receiving a summons from police. He planned retaliation, he said: he had a bomb strapped to himself and was going to use it to blow up a police precinct in New York City, and then go to Nassau County, on Long Island, to blow up more precincts. Police quickly found Bolton in Queens — apparently with no bomb strapped to himself — and arrested him on charges of making terroristic threats. (RC/New York Newsday) ...I wanted to see how he planned to use the bomb more than once.
