Melvin L. Jackson, 48, was arrested for sexual assault after he allegedly had sex with an unconscious woman in the street in Kansas City, Mo., in broad daylight. The victim said she felt faint and had sat down to rest, but then fell unconscious. She was awakened to hear a witness to the crime shouting, “Help her! Help her! Get up off her!” Jackson, the witness said, pulled up his pants and walked away. After police caught up with Jackson and asked what happened, he replied that he had touched the woman’s leg and “I thought the lady was dead.” (RC/KSHB Kansas City) ...Well in that case, no problem.Original Publication Date: 24 July 2011
