An unnamed man in Riverside, Ohio, bought a used Pontiac G8 GT, and took the high performance car — with his two children — for a ride in a parking lot, doing donuts. While executing high speed turns, police say, he lost control of the vehicle and slammed into the concrete pedestal of a light pole, hard enough to knock it over. The three were hospitalized with non life threatening injuries, and the man was cited for reckless operation.
