Someone Was In a Huff
Police were urgently summoned to the alley behind a PetSmart store in Twin Falls, Idaho — there was “a lot of yelling” and clearly a big fight going on. When officers arrived they found just one person, Ryan Smailes, 24, sitting in the bushes, and sure enough he was “alone and yelling out loud with no one else around,” the first officer reported. She also says Smailes had a can of compressed air. “I saw him put his shirt over the opening of the air can and spray it,” Officer Brandi Gates wrote in her report. He looked like he was about to pass out, but then sat back up and started yelling again. Smailes was arrested on a charge of inhalation of intoxicants. Twin Falls is in a region of Idaho known as “Magic Valley”.
