Something’s Missing

Kristi Steuber, 41, was pulled over for speeding in Wesley Chapel, Fla. After smelling alcohol and noting Steuber’s slurred speech, deputies asked her to step out of the car for a field sobriety test. When she got out of the car, the deputies realized Steuber was wearing a shirt and bra — and nothing else. The deputies said they had to tell Steuber twice before she understood that she wasn’t wearing any pants, and she had to be told twice to put some on before they could start the sobriety tests. Steuber allegedly failed the tests; her blood alcohol level was recorded at 0.135 and 0.137 percent. Because she is an aide at Paul R. Smith Middle School, her arrest was reported to the school district and she had to meet with employee relations. But according to a district spokesperson, “no further action was necessary” since a DUI is only a misdemeanor. (MS/Tampa Bay News) ...Because obviously her judgement is sound.
