The Cat’s Out of the Bag
A regional minister from Pakistan’s Tehreek-e-Insaf party had his briefing live-streamed to the party’s official Facebook page. As Shaukat Yousafzai spoke, the camera was in the wrong mode — adding a kitty-cat’s nose, whiskers, and ears on Yousafzai’s face in real time. The party deleted the video, but not before gleeful viewers took photos of their screens and tweeted out samples of the gaffe on Twitter. The party issued a “clarification” blaming human error.
