The Flintstones Gambit
Eric Adams, 22, was pulled over in Lehigh County, Pa., after rolling through a stop sign. The trooper noticed a “strong odor of marijuana” in his car, which gave him cause to search it. During the search, the trooper found an assortment of drugs — and noticed the carpeting was pulled back; under that spot, there was a hole in the floor. The trooper looked under the car and found two pistols, which Adams allegedly had dropped through the hole. Both were loaded, and one was reported as stolen. Adams was arrested, charged with receiving stolen property, possession of a controlled substance, carrying a firearm without a license, and — yes — failure to stop at a stop sign. (RC/Easton Express-Times) ...Lucky he used his signal when he pulled over, or he’d be facing hard time.Original Publication Date: 04 December 2016
