The Old Football Injury

Chip, the University of Colorado’s mascot man-in-a-buffalo-suit who whips the crowd into a frenzy at football games, was on the sidelines in Boulder as usual for the school’s game against New Hampshire. Part of his repertoire is using a “T-shirt cannon” to shoot shirts into the stands, but Chip didn’t have it pointing quite right when he pulled the trigger: it was pointed at his crotch rather than the stands. He had to be “carted from the field” afterward. Witnesses were amply entertained. “The T shirt! His groin! It works on so many levels!” tweeted one fan.
