Alge-bra Test

It was time for a test in math teacher Paul Swanson’s class at Mira Mesa High School in San Diego, Calif. While the students worked on their problems, Swanson worked on his: he shopped online for lingerie, the students say. How do they know? Swanson forgot that his laptop was hooked up to a projector, and showing everything on his screen in living color at the front of the class behind him. Several students pulled out smartphones and took video of the goings-on, but no one told Swanson; it happened on Friday, and one of the videos went viral on social media over the weekend. “The teacher found out when the principal called him into the office,” said Bob Turner of the Mira Mesa PTO. “He had no idea.” Swanson told principal Jeff Sabins he was shopping for his wife. He was put on paid leave while the district “investigates.” (RC/KGTV San Diego) ...Giving him the time and enough money to do his shopping from home.
