A hidden camera watching the municipal ambulance station in Jal, N.M., caught the goings-on: a couple having sex in the back of an ambulance — apparently more than once. “What he did was stupid,” said Interim City Manager Bob Gallagher. The “he” involved was Larry Burns, he says, who is not just Jal’s Emergency Medical Services Director, but also Jal’s Police Chief. In one of the videos, Burns is wearing his badge and gun. Burns has been relieved of duty from his EMS position, but is still Police Chief since, Gallagher says, “In this case there was no criminal activity whatsoever, there was no proof whatsoever that it was on duty.” (RC/KRQE Albuquerque) ...Well, then, who was he on?Original Publication Date: 18 May 2014
